Card Designed by: David Aiken with input from Jim McCombe The follow up to the inaugural year was saw the fewest performers participate in the history of the cards. The design featured a gold laminate for the special Millennium series, but the word "millennium" was spelled incorrectly on some cards which ended up being reprinted. |
